Chairman

Colin serves as Chairman of Centurion’s Board. Colin is an International Partner with SCF Partners, an energy services focussed private equity fund. Prior to joining SCF Partners, Colin was Head of International Energy Investment Banking at Simmons & Company International. Colin joined Simmons in 1999 and built the firm’s activities outside of North America from its offices in Aberdeen, London and Dubai. Simmons & Company International was sold to Piper Jaffray (NYSE: PJC) in February 2016. Before joining Simmons & Company he spent 16 years at Ernst and Whinney, Touche Ross and RMD.

Non-Executive Director

James joined Centurion’s board in 2019. He is Senior Vice President and CFO of Pacific Drilling, a global deep-water offshore drilling company, following a 13 year tenure with Forum Energy Technologies Inc., where he served as CFO and Executive Vice President - Drilling & Subsea. From 2004 to 2005, James served VeriCenter Inc as Vice President and Controller, and held various roles with Enron Energy Services between 1999 and 2003, including Vice President - Tax, Finance and Contractor. James was with Baker Hughes Incorporated from 1994 to 1999, his last position being Vice President - Tax and Controller, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1985 to 1994, his last position being Senior Tax Manager.

CEO

Euan was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Centurion Group in February 2025. Previously, Euan served as Centurion’s CFO, a position he was appointed to after its merger with ATR. Prior to joining ATR, he was CFO at Triton Group, an SCF platform company that merged with Forum Energy Technologies. A Chartered Accountant, Euan has also held senior roles at RBS as head of structured finance, providing leveraged finance for private equity backed MBOs and corporate acquisitions. Euan started his career at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance.

Non-Executive Director

Joe joined Centurion’s Board in 2019. He served as Chief Executive of Cape plc from 2012 until 2018 – a global FTSE-listed company specialising in the provision of critical industrial services to the energy and natural resources sectors. Joe was previously Chief Executive of Hamworthy plc, a global oil and gas engineering business, which he joined in 2007 and led until its takeover by Wärtsilä in 2012. Prior to this, Joe spent the majority of his career in the engineering sector in a broad range of roles, including Managing Director of a number of different businesses, Strategy Development and M&A. Joe is also a non-executive director of Carclo plc, a UK listed international manufacturing group, and Wates Group Limited, a leading UK based construction, development and services group.

Sean has been with SCF Partners for four years and is responsible for SCF’s North American based investments. Prior to joining SCF, Sean was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 18 years and served as the Global Head of Energy Investment Banking. He was also a long-time member of the Merger Leadership Group and had previously led Goldman’s Mergers & Acquisitions efforts for the Energy Group. Sean earned a BS in Finance from Boston College in 1994 and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1999.
