Scope of Work Centurion Power & Equipment (US) was engaged to deliver a high-performance drill-out operation in the Northern Tri-State area. The project presented a range of environmental and logistical challenges, including cold weather, snowy terrain, unstable soil, a shallow water table, and heightened aquifer sensitivity. This project required the team to operate in unfamiliar terrain, maintain operations 24/7, and adhere to strict safety and environmental standards to ensure the project’s success. Execution The team deployed Centurion’s Sandcat Tank Technology, completing the continuous drill-out campaign in 37 days. The project required close coordination across operations, logistics, and technical support teams - demonstrating Centurion’s ability to adapt quickly, deliver under pressure, and maintain high performance standards in new geographies. The Sandcat technology was instrumental in maximizing efficiency during the frac tank cleanouts and outperformed legacy systems. Scope of Work Centurion was contracted to deliver modular accommodation units and surface rental equipment to support onsite living arrangements for employees at the client’s geothermal project in Utah. The project required timely deployment to a remote site and equipment suited to extended operations in a rugged environment. Execution Centurion successfully supplied and delivered a man lift, two camp generators, ten skid houses, as well as water and sewer transformers to the client’s operational base. All equipment was mobilized on schedule and configured to support sustained workforce accommodation needs. Outcome & Value Delivered Successful delivery of workforce infrastructure for a remote geothermal project, supporting the development of emerging renewable energy sources in the region. As geothermal energy plays an increasingly important role in the global energy transition, this project represented a strategic commercial milestone for both the client and Centurion. Scope of Work A major operator in Canada’s agricultural industry required lifting support for the construction of a grain terminal near Grande Prairie, Alberta. The project demanded reliable, high-capacity crane services to support the build of a more efficient platform and accelerator under a compressed construction timeline. Execution Centurion deployed one of its 270-ton cranes to support the customer’s construction program. Scope of Work A lithium mining exploration company operating in a remote part of Eastern Canada required a complete support solution for a work camp accommodating 180 personnel. The site presented logistical and environmental challenges due to its remote location and harsh northern climate. Execution Centurion combined the capabilities of its Water & Wastewater Solutions and Power & Equipment business lines to deliver a packaged solution. This included the supply and installation of a 40,000-litre water distribution system to circulate potable water throughout the camp, as well as the delivery of storage tanks through a Rent-to-Own model. Business Lines: Cranes & Lifting Services Year: 2023 Client: Oil & Gas operator in Western Canada Location: Northern British Columbia, Canada Sector: Oil & Gas – Well Abandonment Scope of Work: An oil and gas customer required crane and lifting support for a complex High Pressure, High Temperature (HPHT) well abandonment project in a remote area of Northern British Columbia. The scope included two large HPHT well abandonments and three smaller well sites, all located in a challenging environment only accessible via an ice bridge. Execution: Centurion’s Cranes & Lifting Services business line supplied a 200-ton crane, a 120-ton crane, and a rigger to support the customer’s 24-hour operations. Despite the logistical difficulties presented by the remote site access, Centurion successfully delivered and supported the project over a 46-day timeline. All equipment and personnel were mobilized to ensure continuous coverage and operational reliability in demanding winter conditions. Scope of Work A major offshore operator required critical diesel filtration services to improve fuel quality aboard a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel and a supporting supply vessel operating in Northwest Africa. The goal was to reduce contamination, protect onboard systems, and ensure reliable fuel performance in a challenging offshore environment. Execution Since initial commissioning in June 2024, Centurion's Fluid Filtration business line in the UK has treated highly contaminated diesel using a full-service filtration package to deliver clean, operational-grade fuel aboard the assets. Within 450-minutes of deploying a new re-circulation process provided by Centurion, the team successfully reduced contamination of particles larger than four microns from approximately 60,000 to just 1,500 in 48m³ of diesel. Centurion Fluid Filtration (UK) also mobilized experienced filtration engineers, a high-flow filtration unit, filter consumables, diaphragm pumps, and hoses to support this critical scope. Outcome Centurion’s solution significantly improved the quality of the diesel fuel, enabling the vessels to operate more reliably while minimising wear and tear on critical systems. This project highlights Centurion’s ability to deliver measurable, efficiency-driven outcomes in complex offshore environments — reducing operational risk and supporting more sustainable fuel use across the marine energy sector.

Scope of Work A key offshore wind contractor required urgent assistance after critical bolts requiring maintenance on a windfarm installation in Denmark were found to be inaccessible with the existing tooling. The issue posed a challenge to the project's progress and risked operational delays if not resolved quickly. Execution Centurion's Flushing & Testing business line was contacted for an emergency solution. The team responded within 24 hours, mobilizing the required specialist tooling and sending experienced technicians offshore to deliver and fit the equipment. Scope of Work A key operator in the North Sea required a safe and efficient solution to support the decanting of diesel from platform legs and the removal of hazardous drains—both critical to the platform’s decommissioning process. Execution Centurion's UK Accommodation & Modular, Fluid Filtration, and Centurion Flushing & Testing business lines combined their expertise to deliver a tailored equipment package. This included multiple large tanks with crossover connections, modified bunds, and pumping equipment designed specifically for the task. To ensure operational readiness and smooth installation offshore, Centurion also hosted a System Integration Testing (SIT), where the full system was successfully demonstrated as a plug-and-play hook-up solution. Outcome Our tailored offshore equipment packages allowed for safe and efficient hazardous material removal for a major North Sea decommissioning scope. The bespoke equipment solution allowed the customer to proceed with a key phase of its decommissioning scope, safely removing hazardous materials from an aging asset. Scope of Work A major international subsea services company operating in Thailand required a full package of critical back deck equipment, specialist technology, and experienced personnel to execute complex subsea construction and decommissioning scopes on behalf of a global energy producer in the region. The project included pipeline and jacket removal under tight operational timelines in a remote offshore setting. Execution Centurion was selected based on its ability to act as a single-source supplier with competitive pricing, industry-leading equipment specifications, and proven global coordination capabilities. Centurion’s UK-based subsea team supplied and shipped specialist cutting tools, including shears, rotary cutters, HPUs, a pipe retrieval system, pipe grabs, and umbilical reelers with hoses. In parallel, the Singapore team procured and fabricated custom components locally to complete the full equipment spread. Centurion’s Water & Wastewater Solutions business line in Australia recently supported Karratha City Council in upgrading the airport’s wastewater treatment plant – helping the region recycle water for use in gardens, toilets, and other non-drinking purposes. Located in the dry and remote Pilbara region of Western Australia, the project plays a key role in reducing pressure on freshwater supplies while improving the site’s long-term sustainability. As part of the project, Centurion delivered a comprehensive handover, providing an on-site walkthrough, operator training, and a detailed handover pack to support day-to-day operations. Ongoing access to technical support, maintenance, and spare parts was also established to ensure the system continues to perform reliably over time. Following the handover, Karratha City Council shared: “Both the Field Service Manager and Service Engineer demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and delivered thorough, hands-on training that empowered our onsite operators to confidently manage the system from day one. Specialist Services , part of Centurion’s Middle East & North Africa region, has achieved a significant sustainability milestone with the successful activation of a new solar farm at the main accommodation site of a UAE-based gas field development. Delivered as part of a wider full-scope camp management contract, the solar system is designed to operate as the camp’s primary power source – and is already reducing reliance on diesel generation. Integrated with a smart generator setup ranging from 200KVA to 1000KVA, the hybrid system adjusts to power demand, with early data showing a marked drop in generator emissions even during peak load conditions. With cooling demands expected to ease as seasonal temperatures drop, the solar farm is forecasted to contribute even more significantly to the camp’s total energy needs. This forward-looking installation reinforces Specialist Services’ capabilities in delivering innovative, sustainable infrastructure for complex, remote environments – and highlights Centurion’s continued investment in low-carbon, high-performance solutions.

Centurion’s global teams in Europe and the Middle East & North Africa have combined capabilities to support the manufacturing and delivery of new accommodation units that will increase our ability to support complex scopes and meet growing project demands. H2M Offshore Accommodation has successfully commissioned an order for the production of 15x 20-foot accommodation modules from Specialist Services (part of Centurion’s Middle East & North Africa region) to provide additional capacity on a renewable energy development scope. From this expanded fleet of modules, nine have been assigned to a cable laying vessel for 10+ months for the construction of a major offshore windfarm in Southeast Asia, increasing personnel capacity to accommodate an additional 36 workers. Manufactured at Specialist Services' state-of-the-art facility in Dubai and delivered within 12 weeks, these modules were engineered to the highest of industry standards using H2M’s innovative design. These high-specification modules are space-saving, versatile, certified across multiple regulations, and designed to reduce mobilization costs and footprint onsite. Combining H2M’s modular accommodation expertise with Specialist Services' advanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities, these new modules will significantly bolster H2M’s fleet of cutting-edge accommodation units and play a key part in increasing Centurion’s ability to support the unique requirements of global renewable energy projects.

A milestone humanitarian aid-related contract with the United Nations has been completed by Specialist Services, a Centurion company, in-line with Centurion’s industry diversification ambitions. The contract saw Specialist Services design and manufacture four ballistically protected ISO containers, to be used as part of a UN mission in the Central African Republic. Custom built for this contract, the Specialist Services team designed these innovative and purpose-built containers to meet the specific and unique requirements of UN missions. These ISO containers, designed with enhanced security and functionality, are set to play a critical role in protecting aid workers and supporting the secure distribution of essential supplies in regions with elevated risk profiles. This is a significant contract for Specialist Services, as they continue to develop their offerings to meet the demands of global defense, humanitarian and intergovernmental organizations.

ALBERTA, CANADA, September 2020 – Centurion Group (“Centurion”), a global leader in the supply of critical services to the oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, power, environmental and renewable energy industries, is proud to offer communities and work sites a testing service for Covid-19 via sewage surveillance collection. Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions is delivering the testing in partnership with a reputable Alberta based laboratory. The test identifies the presence of the SARs-CoV-2 virus in wastewater. In addition, our consortium was able to get a full virus RNA sequence from a positive sewage sample, an industry first in Canada. Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions has strong experience in the wastewater management industry, having provided government approved wastewater treatment systems for work camps and work sites across Western Canada since the year 2000. As part of Centurion Group’s response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions use of wastewater surveillance and testing for the SARs-CoV-2 virus will provide businesses and governments with an early warning detection method for the Covid-19 disease. This critical information will allow Centurion clients to monitor and facilitate the necessary action to prevent the spread of the virus and continue to operate sites at the highest levels of health and safety. Wastewater Testing This is a cost-effective means to track the presence of the virus and will be used at sites ranging from schools and recreational grounds to work camps and industrial facilities [across Western Canada]. Mobile Testing Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions , in collaboration with its lab partner, is leveraging 20 years of experience by developing mobile testing for Covid-19 wherever it is needed. This will allow for significant savings in testing turnaround time and therefore can better respond to localized outbreaks; whether in a remote man-camp setting, senior’s residence or industrial facility. Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions has successfully developed its own full Covid-19 testing capabilities for the Canada market and is ready to deploy testing kits in short notice. [ Link ] Accommodation Fumigation Living and work spaces are fumigated in preparation for staffing or crew changes, using health Canada approved disinfectant and the appropriate PPE. Case study University of Arizona successfully prevented a Covid-19 outbreak in August by surveilling the raw sewage produced by the University dorms. The sample results came back positive. The students were then individually tested and two had confirmed cases.
