Scope of Work

Centurion was commissioned to support a long-term production program involving over 100 wells in a geologically challenging basin within the Mountain West region. The customer required a high-performance, scalable solution to manage pressure control, reduce equipment changeout, and improve logistics efficiency. 

Execution

Centurion deployed its patented Hydralok™ valve technology across 106 wells to support high-pressure, multi-stage fracturing operations. Each well utilized 10 Hydralok™ valves, with stacks rigged down and efficiently redeployed to subsequent wells – significantly reducing downtime and simplifying site logistics.

In addition to pressure control, Centurion supplied modular accommodation units and fluid management services, providing a fully integrated support package from multiple business lines. Operations were delivered safely and efficiently over a 32-month period. 

Outcome & Value Delivered 

Deployment of Hydralok™ valves support continuous high-pressure operations across a large-scale Mountain West drilling program.

A total of 1,060 Hydralok™ valves were deployed, achieving a 99.9% success rate, with the campaign setting a customer performance record. By combining advanced technology, logistical efficiency, and multi-service delivery, Centurion helped optimize completions performance while supporting continuous operations in a complex and remote environment.
