Centurion delivers temporary Power, Air, Steam and Rental Equipment Solutions to keep operations running. With a wide range of efficiency-focused assets and proven field expertise, we provide the support and reliability our customers need to deliver successful projects.

Hydraulic Power Units 

Ranging from 15kW to 400kW, our fleet of diesel and electric HPUs is built for reliability and versatility in the field. Each unit is configured with high-quality components to ensure the right fluid power is available to meet your equipment needs.

Aftercoolers & Desiccant Dryers

Centurion provides a range of Industrial Air Power peripherals, including remote electric drive Aftercoolers and Desiccant Dryers – supporting the delivery of service-quality air in challenging environments. These units are available as standalone rentals or integrated into air compressor packages.

Steam Generators 

Our fleet of single-lift Portable Steam Generators delivers up to 6.2 million BTU – providing a reliable primary energy source for both onshore and offshore operations. These units are well-suited for well testing, refineries, chemical cleaning, and decommissioning projects.

Our support services include equipment rental, inspection and non-destructive testing, and full installation, service and maintenance. Our experienced personnel are available to operate and maintain equipment on site – ensuring safe, reliable performance across every project.

Compressors 

We offer an extensive fleet of Air Compressors to support projects and operations at any scale. Centurion’s range includes portable units in various sizes, including DNV 2.7-2 Safe Zone and Zone II certified models.

Heat Exchangers 

We offer portable, frame-mounted Heat Exchangers available in 10,000 and 15,000 PSI models that are built for performance. Commonly used in surface well testing and pipeline cleaning, these units enhance heat transfer efficiency during well test and chemical cleaning operations.

Sand Filters 

Centurion's rental fleet of Sand Filtration Units enhances well test packages commonly used in the oil and gas industry. They work by improving well analysis during testing operations through the effective removal of sand and other solids from the well fluids.

ROV Systems 

Centurion designs and manufactures high-performance Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems built for reliability. Our range of ROV systems includes the MultiROV, AuxROV, and TrackROV, supported by our proprietary Gladiator 2 ROV control system.

Water Treatment 

Centurion's Water Treatment Plants are designed to deliver reliable, high-quality water for a range of applications. After analyzing your water sample, we recommend the most suitable treatment process to meet your water quality requirements. Our technologies include Reverse Osmosis Systems, Media Filtration Systems, Ultrafiltration Systems, Nanofiltration (NF) Systems, Lamella Clarifier, Dissolved Air Flotation & Sedimentation Dissolved Air Flotation Systems, Disinfection & Sterilization Systems, and Chemical Dosing Systems.

Wastewater Treatment 

Centurion provides Wastewater Treatment Solutions designed to meet project requirements. When selecting or designing systems, we consider factors such as influent flow rates and water quality, site conditions, budget, and the preferred treated effluent disposal method. Our water treatment solutions include Sequential Batch Reactors, Membrane Bioreactors, Oily Water Separators, Sludge Dewatering, and Recycled Water.

With over 35 years of field catering experience, BBB designs and manufactures Remote Site Caravans – including Mobile Kitchens – built to off-road specifications for the most extreme and remote conditions. Available for hire, these units support infrastructure, construction, mining, pipeline, agricultural and general project operations.

Portable Kitchens 

Portable Kitchen Buildings are available in a range of formats – building, container and caravan – with models designed to cater for up to 500 people. Units come equipped with commercial-grade cooking equipment, compliant with AS4674 and AS1668.2, and are suited for healthcare, mining and other remote or temporary applications. 

WestWater Enterprises 

WestWater Enterprises (WestWater), a Centurion company, delivers customized Water and Wastewater Treatment solutions across Australia – supporting municipal and industrial projects with reliable, specification-driven systems. Services include Engineered Systems, Installation, Commissioning and Training for clean, compliant water supply.

Chemical Dosing 

Providing complete Chemical Dosing solutions, including Dosing Pumps, Skids, Tanks, Injection Quills, Valves and System Accessories. Equipment is available to suit a wide range of needs, with options for full integration, installation and support.

Mobile Dosing Units 

Designed for flexible deployment, WestWater’s Mobile Dosing Units provide safe, efficient chemical dosing in temporary or remote locations. The Frontline Mini, Bulki and Roller models support short-term projects and rapid mobilization where fixed infrastructure isn’t suitable or available.

Instrumentation 

Instrumentation from WestWater supports safe, compliant water and chemical treatment operations, with systems for detection, monitoring and control. Gas Detectors, Emergency Shutdown Systems, Water Analyzers, Vacuum Switches, Weight Scales and more are available.

Chlorination 

WestWater offers a range of Chlorination Solutions for safe and effective water disinfection – including Electrochlorination Systems, Gas Chlorination and Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing. Nationally accredited chlorine training is also offered in partnership with Total Chlorine Solutions.

Filtration 

WestWater’s Filtration Systems are built for performance in urban and industrial water treatment – with media, membrane and deep bed technologies to meet site-specific needs. Packaged units can include Microfiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Carbon Filters, UV Disinfection and Chemical Dosing, assembled in-house to meet Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
