Scope of Work
Centurion Power & Equipment (US) was engaged to deliver a high-performance drill-out operation in the Northern Tri-State area. The project presented a range of environmental and logistical challenges, including cold weather, snowy terrain, unstable soil, a shallow water table, and heightened aquifer sensitivity.
This project required the team to operate in unfamiliar terrain, maintain operations 24/7, and adhere to strict safety and environmental standards to ensure the project’s success.
Execution
The team deployed Centurion’s Sandcat Tank Technology, completing the continuous drill-out campaign in 37 days. The project required close coordination across operations, logistics, and technical support teams - demonstrating Centurion’s ability to adapt quickly, deliver under pressure, and maintain high performance standards in new geographies.
The Sandcat technology was instrumental in maximizing efficiency during the frac tank cleanouts and outperformed legacy systems.
Outcome & Value Delivered
First-ever Tri-State drill-out project completed using Sandcat technology, delivering efficient performance in a complex operating environment.
This successful, incident-free, project marked Centurion’s first drill-out in the Tri-State area, expanding the company’s geographic footprint across the continental US. The Sandcat improved operational efficiency and delivered consistent results in this complex and challenging environment.
