  • Expands Centurion’s integrated water infrastructure capabilities and provides greater access to mining, agriculture and industrial sectors
  • The acquisition comes as Centurion increases its credit facility by ~$76 million USD
  • The Group now has ~$130 million USD firepower to support future acquisitions and organic growth

Centurion Group (“Centurion”, or “the Group”), a global leader in the supply of equipment and services to a range of critical industries for complex, challenging and remote locations, today announces the acquisition of the Flow Water Services (“Flow Water”) group of companies.

Headquartered in Perth with operational bases across Western Australia in Broome and Manjimup, Flow Water is a specialist provider of end-to-end water infrastructure for the mining, agricultural irrigation, and industrial sectors. Flow Water employs efficient and practical solutions for clients, including commercial irrigation, pipelines and pumping infrastructure for some of Western Australia’s largest agriculture, mining, and energy producers. They also deliver electrical, solar and instrumentation equipment, and specialize in rainwater water tank storage solutions.

This acquisition strengthens Centurion’s ability to support the full water cycle from source  through to treatment. Flow Water’s presence across the mining, agriculture and industrial sectors increases Centurion’s exposure to additional attractive end markets while broadening its water infrastructure related capabilities in Australia. As part of Centurion, Flow Water will benefit from the Group’s financial strength to accelerate its already impressive growth.

Centurion also announces the upsizing of its credit facility by ~$76m USD, with the company now having ~$130m USD of financial firepower for acquisitions and strategic CAPEX. Additional credit has been provided by HSBC, ATB Financial, Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto-Dominion Bank, Virgin Money, and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Centurion has grown its EBITDA* by over ~40% to ~$150m over the last 18 months through both organic investment and acquisitions, with Flow Water representing its third acquisition in 2026 and 26th to date, closely following the acquisition of Equipment World in Canada. The Group’s acquisition pipeline remains strong, with a focus on growing end markets including minerals, infrastructure, construction, defence and government, while continuing to geographically expand its offerings in core regions.

Mitchell Clarke, Managing Director of Flow Water, said: “We’re excited to be embarking on a new chapter as part of Centurion. With the backing of a global Group that has a long-standing presence in the water treatment space, we’re confident our business will continue to grow and build on its success. We look forward to the opportunities ahead.”

Euan Leask, CEO of Centurion, added: “I’m very pleased to welcome Flow Water to Centurion. The business has grown strongly over the last few years, and we look forward to working with Mitch and his team to continue this momentum to build a large integrated water and water treatment business in Australia. I’d also like to thank our seven banks for their continuing support in the recent upsizing that will provide the platform to allow for the continued growth of Centurion.”
