Q. Tell us about your professional background and industry experience.
A. “My career spans close to 30 years in international business. In 2010, I joined Specialist Services, part of Centurion’s Middle East & North Africa region, and have spent the last 15 dedicated to building the kind of platform that turns regional ambition into measurable, scalable growth. My foundation has always been in developing modular solutions across multi-industry applications, but the thread running through everything I do is people and delivery – understanding what clients genuinely need, and making sure we have the right talent, capabilities, and structure to exceed it.
“Since Centurion acquired Specialist Services and H2M Offshore Accommodations (H2M) in 2021 and 2023, respectively, my focus has been on ensuring the success of our region as part of the wider Group. Preserving our local identity and relationships, while taking advantage of the full weight of Centurion's global reach for our clients. At the same time, we've been expanding our manufacturing and rental capabilities through Centurion’s global structure. It's an exciting intersection; local strength, global scale.”
Q. What does a typical day look like for you as Regional President?
A. “It's a deliberate balance between operations, performance and long-term market positioning. A significant part of my time is spent working closely with our management teams that oversee MENA’s Six Product Verticals (6PV) – the way we structure and organise our service offering across the region – ensuring each one is not just performing, but growing. How we perform as a business each and every day directly impacts our position across both MENA and European markets.
“We're currently in an intensive forward-planning phase. While we're fortunate to have exceptional backbone projects providing strong backlog and workload continuity, we're already positioning the region for what comes next as those long-term contracts evolve toward 2030. My role is to ensure the strategy we put in place today means we're not reacting to the market – we're defining it.”
Q. What makes your regional team stand out?
A. “Adaptability – and I mean genuine, tested adaptability. Our people work across disciplines, applying their experience where it adds the most value. They bring the same rigour and professional standards to a complex defence project as they do to an offshore accommodation solution. That versatility is rare. It's also what makes this team genuinely capable of solving problems that others simply cannot, and it's the quality I'm most committed to protecting and developing as we scale.”
Q. Tell us about your proudest achievement with Centurion to date.
A. “The H2M acquisition stands out as the moment I point to most. It played a transformational role in giving us a strategic entry point into large-scale offshore energy projects and the broader energy sector. Watching it become a cornerstone of our regional offering, and seeing the team integrate into the wider Group, is something I'm genuinely proud of. It shows that when you back the right strategic bets and give people the support to deliver, the results follow without exception.”
Q. What excites you most about the future with Centurion?
A. “Knowing that we’re actively contributing to the future direction of the business. We're already making purposeful moves in offshore wind through H2M, and we're pushing with real intent into the Defence sector, which is a major and expanding growth pillar for this region. What energises me most is having a clear direction, and the right investment and belief behind us, meaning we’re well positioned to keep growing. The foundations are solid, the team is ready, and the most significant work is still ahead of us. That's not a challenge – that's a privilege.
Q. When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
A. I'm someone who finds energy outdoors – travelling somewhere new with family and friends and enjoying major sporting tournaments around the world. After years of operating across different cultures and time zones, I've developed a genuine curiosity for people and places, and that doesn't switch off when work does. I enjoy a number of fitness activities, and living in Dubai with our beautiful weather, spending time swimming or at the beach is always a pleasure.
