In alignment with Centurion’s commitment to driving a strong culture of health & safety, Specialist Services – part of Centurion’s Middle East & North Africa region – has achieved their Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) Certification.

SCL is a health & safety standard designed to encourage continual improvement in occupational safety awareness and safe working practices. It provides a certifiable benchmark which companies can use to assess their progress in implementing effective safety practices.

Specialist Services achieved a Safety Culture Level 3 certification in a record three months, with auditors applauding their exemplary health & safety standards and “step-by-step” approach to continuous improvement.

While this certification was required by a key renewable energy end-customer on a project-specific basis, Specialist Services went above and beyond to adopt and implement the standard across all UAE manufacturing facilities, company-wide. The certification extends to H2M Offshore Accommodation (H2M), a Centurion company, who work alongside Specialist Services.

This significant health & safety achievement underscores Specialist Services and H2M’s safety performance and enables them to build relationships with companies who value this certification in the coming years.
