A major energy producer sought to enhance operational efficiency and align with net zero targets by integrating low-emission technology into its refinery operations in Great Yarmouth. The customer required reliable, high-performance equipment that would significantly reduce emissions while maintaining output. 

Execution

As part of a newly secured long-term rental agreement, Centurion's Power & Equipment UK business line delivered a suite of new, efficiency-forward diesel-driven compressors to the site. These cutting-edge units were part of Centurion’s latest investment into expanding its fleet of environmentally conscious equipment. 

The compressors were selected specifically to meet the customer’s sustainability objectives and operational demands, combining performance with reduced emissions. 

Outcome

The delivered equipment supported the customer in reducing its carbon footprint while powering day-to-day refinery operations.

The success of this initial deployment led to extended rental work across the site, with Centurion Power & Equipment supporting the customer’s needs throughout 2023.
